the weekend coming
1. Work turned out ok this week. After focusing, getting all to hopefully get the picture, and a bit of elbow grease from me, things turned out pretty well. My GM showed up unannounced, applauded the 4 day change, and I'm feeling a bit better. Although, get me comparable paying job, and I'll move to Palm Springs tomorrow!
2. Was at the gym this morning at 6am with my trainer. Has been almost a week since I last trained due to my cold. In again tomorrow at 7 am. My strength is still going up
3. My MOM fell in her apt on Monday. Rushed to emergency. She's ok, but the nurses and Dr. felt that it be best to have her transported to the convalescent hospital (where she was last time) for a few days for more care, and observation. She has been a bit confused. Actually more confused after this fall. She is not too forgetful most times, but when your having a conversation with her, she looses focus, and will say things totally unrelated to the issue at hand. If this continues, the Dr may decided that she may not be able to live independently. May have to have part to full time care. OY! Her new apt is so nice too. Hope she will be able to stay there and just have someone in for part of the time. HERE WE GO AGAIN! Good thing there is an offer coming in on her home. The timing couldn't be perfect.
3. Bad news, is since she had no wounds, no surgery etc her stay this week at the convalescent hospital is not covered by medicare. She is only there for a few days so will be ok.
4. I am in town this weekend.
5 New tires go on tomorrow, haircut, deliver my taxes down in Menlo Park, then
6. Off to B day party at 440 tomorrow afternoon.
7. Cost over $50 to fill up my car at Costco. And that was not even topping off.
8 Maybe the Loin Stare later on, or Eagle.
9. I have a tentativedate hookup. But here's the question. He wants to meet Sunday morning of all days. And he lives over an hour away in Martinez. DO I DRIVE THAT FAR JUST FOR THAT? But he is fucking cute! Daddy! (wonder if he's a top or a bottom? Humm, the element of surprise ;)
