back from the gym, in a Hells Angels way
1. Today was leg day
2. Went to the old style gym for a change; My trainer was there training with his trainer. But was nice enough to spot for me
3. I beat my most current PR on the leg press 6 plates = 540lbs; 12 reps. I never know how much the machine bar weighs to add. So lets say 15-20lbs (555-560??).
4. Anyway not bad for a novice. I plan to hit 800+ by the end of summer
5. Worked on quads, hams
6. Noticed a butch, thick tatted guy working out in a Hells Angel T (nice looking). On my way out I asked him if he was a member of the Hells Angels. He said yes. I asked if he frequented Winters (bar in Pacifica; Angels hang out). He said yes. Then we conversed about the owner we know, the bartenders, gossip etc. I introduced myself.
7. His name is Mike. Woof! We shook hands. I could tell he has integrity. I wonder what he would do to me if he knew I were gay? (rumor has it there are a lot of them that are gay).
8. I need to get back to that bar sometime. Great live music :)
9 And maybe we could spot each other sometime. :)
