cellboy | A bite(byte) from the Apple *

Today was the somewhat usual routine. The morning gym (sore as hell). And a hooku..uh,..oops,...I mean a drink with a friend :-), the Eagle (sunny and packed!), Truck (yum!), and the Lone Star(double yum!).

With the suggestion of the "2 Daves' of San Carlos, and

urbear, as of tonight, I finally upgraded my system with "OSX Tiger". And downloaded the "Firefox" browser. Ha-zaaaaa! It finally is working (the Live Journal Site) the way it should! The Apple Store gave me some wrong information at first, which made me a bit nervous about loosing files, settings, etc, and my 3000 plus screen saver pics (yum!). But after calling the Apple Support 800 number.... all worked smoothly with no loss of info (that I know of).......... I did trash the pics for space, but saved on disk, and will have to reinstall again later (slurp!).

*Of course, the night before, as I was preparing to upgrade my system, my 5yr old mouse died (the Apple one silly (Murphy's Law)). This happened while I was checking my "personal dating sites". I could not log off of the sites until 12 hrs later, after purchasing a new mouse.

After almost 12 plus hours in "dating cyberspace",,,, not one "Hit"!.........Damn!!!!
