SAC WAS A BLAST! But the traffic!!!
Just got in from Roseville via Mt.View tonight, visiting my convalescing mom, doing chores around her home, and all. Good thing, is that she is doing much better. Bad thing was the traffic going there Friday afternoon. It was the shits! I left at 1pm, and the less than 2 hr drive took me over 4 hrs. Bumper to bumper most way. Felt like LA to Palm Springs drive on Hwy 10.
Last night I did manage to get to the BOLT. Warm evening, large fire in the pit, and hot men. Nice! :-).
Today before returning home, I did finally get to have lunch and "desert" with a friend, then it was off to Mt. View for a gay/lesbian BBQ. The less than two hr drive also took 4 hrs. This traffic thing seems to be getting worse every yr!
Up early for "princess parking" in front of the Eagle, for the UP YOUR ALLEY... Yahooo!
