IBR WEATHER FORECAST
Our odd flip flop weather has flipped. Now it's cold and rainy. 3 weeks ago it was summer warm.
Not too good for IBR. But hopefully a bit better by the weekend. So the locals will complain, but the visitors from the "snow belts" will say it's grand.
