Tonight's Dinner was yummy!
I was so hungry (since I barely ate today) I forgot to take the main course photo. It took me longer to cook it than eat it.

1. To start, I had a Spinach Salad, with tomatoes, Kiwi, Oil and Balsamic dressing.
2. The main course consisted of Grilled Lamb Shoulder Chop, with a rub consisting of fresh Rosemary, Olive Oil, lemon juice, Mayo, and balsamic vinegar; grilled 10 minutes per side.
3. Served with brown rice and Brussels sprouts which were sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese.
4. My dessert will be, frozen blueberries topped with non-fat Greek Yogurt and honey.
