I knew it wouldn't last
1. My trainer, who is quite knowledgeable, was charging me only $240/month for 2 days per week, per month (8 sessions, with some extra sessions once in awhile).
2. I know he pays the owner of this small gym some fee.
3. My trainer just called and as of today, the owner wants all trainers, to charge $500 or more/8 sessions; or they will not allow trainers to train (this happened at Bally's, that's why my trainer left (plus they wanted full time not part time employees).
4. Ugh! Note: $400-500 is generally the average fee, for most large commercial gyms.
5. My trainer was firm to the owners, and told them I have been a long time client of his, and I'm dedicated. So he is not charging me more that $375 (he is now charging his cousin $400). That was nice (and I think he does not want to lose me).
6. So as of December my fees go up. Merry Christmas! :(.
7. And as of January, we will be working more on leaning up, getting rid of some water weight, and defining muscle and such.
8. But I still want to bulk up! These last few weeks I have had lots of complements on my bulking up. He says I will, but with more definition?
9. Well I do need to work on my stomach, and biceps. He said we are going to double the bicep workouts on the schedule, beginning next month.
10. But I want to bulk up, not be thin/lean.
