Thursday morning ramble

1. The weather has been pretty nice this week, except for the change yesterday afternoon.

2. The fog came howling in, drizzle and all. Ugh! When I lived in Redwood City, we usually got high fog, but it usually burned off by early morning. Still not thrilled about the climate zone here. But it's better than living in Pacifica. Never saw the sun there!

3. This stuff is heavy. Windshield wiper time.

4. What has happened to the year? It is flying by so quickly. As I was driving past Walgreen's, there was a huge sign, "Flu Shots Available Here". Is winter approaching so quickly?

5. Been pretty busy at work, since I will be off Friday and Monday for my Lazy Bear Weekend trip. I hope the weather is better there.

6. I have coverage at work, so getting things set up for tomorrow. I know I will have lots of catching up to do when I get back.

7. The couple that Mama and the gang rent the house from, have their mother staying there. So looks like we will be staying in the guy's other home. With them. Guess all 7-8 of us will be camping out on the floor, sofa, where ever (the guys/couple from what I remember are nice looking. Maybe I can sleep with them! LOL)

8. The location is not so good, is unlike the other house, we have to drive into town (or a long walk). It will be odd with with RRR closed. Not much "in town" pool venues left that handle the gay crowd!

9. I was a the gym this morning, so I can make time to do laundry tonight, pack, get snacks and drinks for the gang.

10. Off to work!

have a great time, I haven't been to Lazy Bear in prolly 8 years at this point. I don't know I'd even recognize the place with all the closures :P

Yeah. Heard that it sold about 2-3 times before since. But after inspections, the work needed to fix and upgrade is overwhelming (we could all see that after a weekend stay!) so the sales fall through. So guess we will pack ourselves at the Woods (unless Fifes decides to be gay friendly this weekend). At least the Woods is clothing optional (yum). Buck's, the straight bar will be having some gay events this weekend. That's a nice switch.
