BULLY
1. Last night Patrick, Lee, and Tom, and I went to see the movie Bully.
2. Good movie. I'm not going to talk about the film as to spoil it for those that have not yet seen it.
3. All I can say is the Principle is an idiot!
4. I was bullied in elementary school, 4th and 5th grade (a lot). I would say that, after I finally told my parents what was going on, and later the principle, the school in turn took charge. From what I remember (I have blocked out a lot of this), the kid that was punching me, was sent home on probation for a few days. Never bothered me again.
5. Even though the problem was taken care of, I always cringed going back to school. That's probability why I ended up being withdrawn, and quiet. The one that would sit in back of the class.
6. I think the guy moved or something a few years later (weird thing is that I had a little crush on him)
7. My parents also took charge. Had me take Karate classes for about a year, to build up my self esteem, and to protect myself. Never had to use it (I also developed a huge crush on my coach. Hunk! LOL)

Great that your parents stand up for you and the school was sending this guy home for some days.
I don´t know why people like to bully others. That´s not fun and can´t destroy young people´s lifes... and grown up people´s lifes, too...

Thank you, my weekend is almost over but I have Monday and Tuesday off, too, Tuesday is Labor Day in Germany. :-)
