I took my maintenance man to Pacifica, where I get my hairs cut. Then to Camelot, the most authentic Fish & Chips place, in the area. Then drove to the pier for some coffee to go at Chit Chat cafe on the pier. The waves are huge!! Splashing over the sea wall on to the cars (my car). Then drove him by the old building that I managed. Ran into my old maintenance guys and friends. Went into the building 2 story lobby with the art work, and sculptures. Well, I do miss Pacifica, the off beat beach town. The view from my apt; the crab boats at night. Winters, the Hells Angel bar (hunks!); and the places to walk. You feel like your a million miles away, but minutes to SF. But I forget how foggy it can be. And the freeway (Hwy 1) below (noise). At least I can still get there in 15 min. But still miss the view.
