See???? Just 1 month at the gym and look! Protein powders, Glutamine & Creatine really work!! I wish! This young gentleman, actually emailed me a nice message last week on BMB (hummmmm.... wonder if he thinks I'm rich).... but might be worth the trip to Vancouver,BC :-)


I think I met him at IML 2yrs ago??? He is a Colt model/film star. I should borrow his pic for my User pic (LOL) :-)
