I have for a month now been off caffeine..... tea instead... but that was just not cutting it. I just drag in the am. So as of yesterday, I am back to caffeine. I once had a bladder infection from too much (feels like an STD), and irritated urethra. So this time I will drink less.
As for the gym. with my trips to Sac to visit recouping mom, the stress of that, and my social schedule at Dore Alley Fair, Lazy Bear, and B-day parties, I have not been as dedicated weekly. I am meeting with my trainer on Friday nights and Saturday mornings. So at least I am doing it a minimum of 2 days per week. And I am sore after those days (so sore I can't get off the toilet!) So I am pushing to go 2 extra days... but lately takes some mental effort. Especially getting up early to do this. With all that has been going on with my mom and stuff, I think I had sunk to a mild depression.... so no motivation for more days at the gym, cleaning house, putting up wall pictures, or working on my passport. I have been procrastinating a lot. Think I'm finally coming out of that. So will get going on catching up.
I still wonder why my trainer took me out to dinner after workout. He is apparently straight, but is breaking up with his girlfriend. We have not or brought up anything about my life style. Maybe it is just an innocent encounter. Maybe not later???

Possibly off to Sac these next two weekends. So I will miss Basket, Mark Leno's fundraiser party and a B-day party. But off to Southern Decadence on the 30th. Hope I behave better than I did at Lazy Bear (lol).
