I'm spent

Since I'm off next week to Southern Decadence, my gym trainer is really being tough on me. He was surprised however on the dead lifts that I did. I actually didn't know I had it in me. So I know I'm going to be sore tomorrow. So off for a hot bath. I meet with him on Fri night and Sat am. And the night b4 my trip...OY. He's killing me...

Blues in the Night

SF Movie Bears has 78 free tickets to the show "Blues in the Night". So I grabbed a few fast. Hope it's as good as they say it is.
