last nights show, Blues in the Night, was great. Wonderful performance. Freda Payne was great! Carol Woods, stole the show. What a powerful voice. Of course I had the luck of sitting next to a really nice, handsome, humpy SFmoviebear member. Woof! About 6'1, 225, solid, but not too solid. Sexy and smart (IT) A jock. Woof! We spoke a bit during intermission. After the show, I had the balls to ask him out for a coffee sometime. He nicely refused, saying he just broke up after a 16 yr relationship and was not ready ( I've used that line before... but will give him the benefit of doubt). I wished him well, then we were on our way. Fuck. Did not give him my number. Well, maybe will see him again at another function. So I get home and have like 6 messages on one of my "dating" sites, from some one who is completely not my type..... Murphy's law :o(. Guess I destined to be single once more. But at least I asked. A few yrs ago, I would not of even had the guts. Would be nice just going out with someone, one bit at a time; not just jump in the sack at a heartbeat. Yeah right.

The best thing however was a nice night out with my friends, seeing others, and a good show.

summer is finally here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As many know, Summer does not really begin for San Francisco, and the north peninsula until usually towards the end of August into October. The fog along the coast is minimal, or at least it burns off or is pushed way out to sea early in the morning, until the evening, when it rolls in, or it's non existent at all.
So my office is sweat box. It's hot! The Castro becomes more active, and people wearing less. And I of course I'm thinking only of men; more often than usual, and can't concentrate..... woof! Nice weather makes me horny! It's like Spring.

At least we are fortunate not to have the ever ending rains, and the sorts, that the midwest and east coast have. Makes it lush, and beautiful, but give me the west. I'll take the west any day even if we have our once or two in a lifetime earthquakes :o)
