year end review

It was time for my year in review. Actually it was quite good. I have "cleaned" up most of the mess left by the previous 2 managers, occupancies are up. But I only got a 3% raise! WTF? And the cost of living is what? If I actually paid full rent in these buildings that we manage, with their stupid 12% rent increases, I would never survive. Now I wonder. Do I get a year end bonus? Well, don't bite the hand that feeds you I guess. My rent is included in the job, and no commute. But then income is therefore not as high. But then, more money would be nice.
