A nice weekend

And good to be back home. If I see another walker, I'm going to run! I did love being with mom and helping, but I am a bit senior-ed out. This weekend went well.
1. Had a wonderful time with my sister, family at her home for Thanksgiving (as I mentioned in the last post)
2. Did go to Golds Gym, near my moms to work out on Friday am. And my shoulder is way better too!
3. My Sacramento date did pan out, and we had a nice time.
4. Saturday I was so pooped from helping mom, and from the previous nights date, I behaved, stayed in, and slept from 9 pm until 9 am today. That really felt good. Had not done that in yrs.
5. I got an email today,sent to me Saturday night(a day too late) from my nephew asking me to join him and his friends at Ruby Skye dancing. Awe. My nephew wanted Uncle Rick to party with them. That made me feel really good. He is only 29 yrs old.
6. I "escaped" from Roseville (Mom's), made it home early, in time to get to the Eagle beer bust. It's been almost 5 weeks since I have been there. It and the Lone Star was somewhat crowded. And weather pretty good. Short sleeve weather (until the sun went down).
Must of been my mood, or maybe my lack of shyness this time, but I did happen to meet some nice new people! They were so friendly! ;-)
7.Off to sleep early again. Need to go heavy at the gym tomorrow morning and throughout the week.
8. I don't want to go to work tomorrow. That's the only negative thing so far (why can't I win the Lotto?)
