1. Was a good day work wise. A lot accomplished in and out of the office.
2 Paid property taxes today. Have another to pay in a few weeks :(
3. Got a referral for a Chiropractor, via my Kaiser Health Plan. My type of plan does not cover it, but at least I get a $25 off.
4. The Chiropractor did wonders in just 45 minutes. Got an adjustment. I heard my lower spine pop, and crack. It felt good! And then he put a wet heating pad on my lower back. The pad was electric, with little fingers inside that massage. Very cool. Then he added ice pad later.
5. Just a bit of a back sprain. The bones were in alignment, so no problem. But just to make sure I got an adjustment anyway. After that the nerve pain was gone!
6. This Chiropractor is a gym bunny, so he can relate. He is hunky with big pecs, wide shoulders and narrow waist. Think he may be of Middle Easter descent. Wonder if he dates men? He said I can go to the gym and start on Thursday; no problem
7. Speaking of the gym, my tryst over the weekend said I have a great butt. A bubble butt? I have never had a bubble butt. I always wanted a bubble butt. Thanks to squats and leg presses, I now have a bubble butt? Some porn star at Rock Hard told me that too, awhile back. So thank you to my Gym trainer. Thank you. Thank you! Thank you! xoxoxoxox!!! I need to treat my trainer to dinner!!
8. OK. Enoughs enough

Etch-A-Sketch Champion

Etch A Sketch artist George Vlosich making an etch of basketball player LeBron James. It took about 5 hours to make and the video is sped up so that you can see every line he makes and step he takes to create a unique piece of pop art.

This time, George Vlosich is doing Carmelo Anthony. This one took 25 hours.

These are the Mustangs at Las Colinas, a bronze sculpture by artist Robert Glen and they decorate Williams Square in Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. Fountains are used to give the effect of the water splashed by the animals' hooves.
