I watched AI????

Well this was the 3rd time this season that I watched American Idol. Not my most favorite show, but I gave it a try (plus my friend Sarah work for them, so it's the support thing). Today was the picking of the 36 top contestants to now begin the big test. There was lots of talent. Of course being the "one track mind" man that I am, I am glad 2 beefy bears won tonight. Of the two, if I saw them in a bar, and at first impressions, who would I "Woof!" to first? Which one is more my type?? Both are very talented too of course.

Writer's Block: Down on Memory Lane

When I was three, in 1956, I remember our cute enclosed sun porch on the side of my parents first home in Canada. I remember running though it and down the stairs to the out side, and seeing my mother on the ground, asking her what she was doing. She said she was planting flowers. Strange thing is that it is as vivid as if it happened just yesterday. And it's a comforting feeling. This is more fuzzy but, I also in the same frame of time remember when my parents bought their first TV, and watching it.
