American Idol - Finally !
May. 20th, 2009 10:08 pm1. I restrained myself and did not read LJ ahead of time to see who won.
2. The guest entertainers! Kiss, Lionel Richie, Cyndi Lauper, Furgie, Queen Latifa, Carlos Santana, Keith Urban, Rod Stewart, QUEEN, .....wow!
3. Surprised? Yes and No. Both are good in their own right.
4. I still think that Adam is a bit too theatrical (that's not a bad thing). Kris, is more homey.
5. In a depressed economy, and with depressed feelings and stress of the nation, was it Kris's more mellow, and mellow dramatic relaxed style that pushed him to the winning edge? His mellowness is what a stressed nation voted for? Who knows.
6. They both won in my mind. And as I said before, they will go far in the entertainment business.
