1. With my trainer taking me off his list this month, due to his schooling, I am now loosing some motivation.
2. I push or drag myself to the gym. But once there, and seeing them "at it" (especially the hunks) I then get somewhat motivated. Of course with no one pushing me to do one more rep, it is a bit harder to push myself to do one or two extra reps to "failure". I really need a workout partner.
3. For months, I have had a monthly schedule(s) developed by my trainer.
4. But this month I am changing it up on my own.
5. Others, I know train 6 days a week. But most say it is best to take 2-3 days off to repair, which I know.
6. So one week he had me with one day off. The next week 2 days off. These 2 days off are either back to back or one at the beginning of the week and the other at the end of the week. Maybe that also contributed to my being so tired (as well as going to bed late).
7. So this week I took Sunday and Monday off. I start my workout week tonight and will work out through Saturday. And see if my energy will be better.
8. With going to sleep by 11 on Sunday and at 10 pm last week, my energy is better :)

When I channel surf, I quickly pass by the Hallmark Channel and see Roma Downey crying or getting very teared up about 90% of the time. Man she really must of been dehydrated then :). Was that all she did then? (lol)
Actually, I am quite spiritual, and watched Touched by an Angel religiously (no pun). Whether I believed in God or not, it did not matter. The lessons of man, how one is to treat each other, and handle one's life, always was a lesson to be learned or at least considered for thought.
