1. Either it was the left over Chicken Cacciatore last night, or a before bedtime snack of cottage cheese, but I had some weird nightmares. One that I vividly remember was like the the scene in Avatar, where the huge tree falls.
2.The only thing is that instead, it was a huge Oak Tree, that I walked by every morning on my way to Elementary school. It was creaking, moving, swaying, and crumbling, and ready to fall on top of a home across the street. I was running away from the scene far enough to observe the tree on it's way down. But just as it was about to hit the home, I woke up.
2. This morning I found the folded glue trap was in the middle of the living room. Picked it up to see a very cute struggling squeaky mouse. I did pet it :)
3. I really feel bad catching it this way. The suffering and all. At least a spring trap is instant.
4. Pulling it off the glue trap won't help, because it's legs are full of it, and if released it won't get far. If weren't full of glue, and I released it, it would probably be back in the building. So I guess it's off to the garbage bin
5. If only it were like the movies. If it could only could talk, and help me cook! lol
6. Maybe that will be tonight's nightmare.

On my way to Livermore yesterday, I was listening to Sunday morning Tech Talk, on KGO Talk Radio, with Leo Laporte
He was thrilled with his new iPad, and couldn't recommend it more. But his question to the viewers was that of a comment from another tech guy who felt that the iPad is a thing for passive entertainment and consumption, and not a creative device, such as with a PC or Mac.
I did not get to hear most of the show, due to Easter festivities, and did not get the guys name. It may be this guy. An interesting read.
The iPad. Is it Passive Entertainment, or a Creative Device?
Cory Doctorow thinks the iPad renders the user as a passive consumer.
However, Eliot Van Buskirk at Wired questions this, pointing to the potential for music-making.
