1. With the rains over the past few days, my allergies completely disappeared.
2. Today with last night's and today's heavy winds, I woke up sneezy and congested. Allergies are back. The winds are pretty bad. Hope we don't have a power failure.
3. Last night I had a delightful last minute visit with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
rockyotter. I am so glad he finally joined the masses! He finally got a cell phone! And due to the proximity of Pender Is to the states, he is on US system and billing rates, and was able to get a 415 area code. YAY!
4.sfmijo was able to join us for dinner at a very cheap and fairly good Chinese restaurant around the corner from my place.
5. I think there was some MSG in the food. Either it was the tea, or both, that kept me from sleeping soundly most of the night.
6. Upon leaving to go back to SF, John left me a cute gift, which I posted of last night
