1. Last Friday was the usual with friends, and meeting friends of friends in SF. The usual, Midnight Sun for Bear Happy Hr, 440, the Edge.

2. Saturday was sleep in, gym, a bit of food shopping, and actually staying in for the night.

3. Was nice not doing anything that night. Watched TV, surfed the net, and was asleep by 11:30 PM!

4. Sunday a group of friends were meeting at UVA, on Lower Haight, for Mark's birthday brunch. Very affordable, and good food. Only drawback is the portion size (that's why it's affordable). The sampler cheese, and meat appetizers, were fit for a 5 yr old. Good, but not enough samples for 8 men. The brunch/lunch menu was interesting, but still not enough to fill the tummy (of course maybe going to the gym that morning did not help. I was hungry!)

5. After lunch, we walked to the Castro for Scruff Sunday at 440, then went to a fundraiser at the Mix, then home for dinner.

6. I ended up watching the interview with Jaycee Dugard. She probably need more professional therapy, but so far, she seems so centered in spite of all that she went though.

7. I just tossed and turned in my sleep all night with strange dreams/nightmares about the show.

8. The nice man down the hall, is still at St Luke's in SF. He is a bit better, but his daughter said the Doctors are saying he won't last more than three weeks :(. Sad.

9. His daughter came by today to pick up a key, and get his stuff organized to move.

10. She is a basket case. Brings back memories when my parents were ill, and dying. Not an easy thing to go through.

11. Today we need to get started on the owners punch list for the property. With the rain/drizzle from the heavy fog, exterior painting will have to wait for a warmer day. So it's to attack the interior stuff for now.
