Let the Sunshine in; out of town visitors, and my android phone

1. I finally washed my patio windows! I know, it's already September, but what a difference!

2. I normally clean the windows early spring, and again before winter. But the rains! I was to do it one weekend in June but it rained! So hard and windy, the rain reached the windows, and spotted them a lot, which normally does not happen. Then we have had such heavy wet windy fog, it also dirtied the windows even more :(

3. With all that was going on with the building, and my having work around the property (cleaning too), I just was not in the mood to clean them (I suppose those that own a small cleaning business, probably don't really clean their place either. They are so busy cleaning others homes, they probably not in the mood to do their own).

4. Well with a squeegee, and Windex, it only took me 15-20 minutes! LOL! Talk about procrastinating! Next time I will do them when I should :)

5. The light! The views! My indoor plants will notice. And so will my turtle!

6. Come to find rockyotter is in SF with his sister. He will be house sitting in Noe Valley through most of September. Will be good to see him. See them both!

7. I am coming to really like my EVO. Takes some getting used to with navigation. Few small glitches in checking my emails, but no biggie (Initially, when I trash my trash my messages, my email messages on the server is also deleted (I had unchecked this not to happen for my Sends and Received settings, but there are no settings for the Trash. This may be normal, I guess). No biggie. I'll just remember not to delete important stuff (I am really not in the mood to call the Earthlink help desk, in India, Pakistan, The Philippines..... dealing with them can be annoying. My Gmail account works perfect.

8. The only another annoying thing is sometimes with too many downloads, it will notify me too many windows are up. I'm a bit hesitant on trying to download music from my iMac. Some say PC only, but looks like I can do it too. I just don't want to screw up the iMac or the phone.

9. Anyway, I have bookmarked all my favorite sites, FB, LJ, SF Giants current live updates, my company server.... and of course dating sites, and some videos ;).Since I have easy access to all, it can be a bit interruptive when chatting with those on line, at work ;)

10. Don't plan on going away for Labor Day weekend. I usually don't venture too far on these weekends. Traffic and such. I'd rather take a day off some other time. I am really dying to get to Palm Springs though. I hope to plan a trip for Pride in November. Better get going on that one.

11. Well it's the first of the month, (what happened to the year? Soon it will be Christmas!), and rent checks are coming in, and two move ins today. Off to work! Busy day!
