The weekend and week so far
Sep. 6th, 2011 01:52 pm1. It was somewhat of a quiet weekend, not too exciting or spicy stuff to report (sorry). Friday was the usual out with friends. Jim and I sort of overdid it on the drinking. (Never mix!). Actually with work and the end of the week we were both tired... When we got to my place with both passed out! Woke up at 2am, played, then passed out again! LOL. The joys of getting old!
2. Saturday it was movie day, with Lee and Tom. Wonderful movie! On our way out of the movies, this hot, muscle cub/bear, came scurrying by us. Woof! Probably in his late 40's to early 50's (I am suddenly attracted to older men). Now why can't I meets someone (single!) like that? LOL
3. Sunday was the fundraiser that previously I posted about. I was actually planning to go to BUTCH in San Jose, but was arm twisted in selling jello shots at the Mix instead.
4. I was home pretty early after that one. On my way home I passed an intersection next to my home, where the 4 lane hwy was blocked off with sobriety checkpoints. There was a long line of cars being checked by local police. Oy! Poor people!
5. This early afternoon police stint, was probably figured to be in conjunction with the SF Giants game crowd on their way home. Giants won!
6. Since Monday I was off, I started a new routine at the gym, washed cars, did some tennis shoe shopping, and ended up home most of the day. Was nice to be out of San Francisco for once.
7. I ended up watching 2 movies on HBO, Pirate Radio, and Avatar.
8. Well, that's it! Have a good rest of the day!
