cellboyI never quite understand why the some of our politicians, have never had an eye lift or bag job. They have the money. And can take the time off for it. Many in Washington are sorely due. Is it an in thing to look exhausted? Overworked? Bill Clinton's eye bags look horrible. Hillary's at times, with the wrong lighting and badly applied makeup can look bad too. McCain's is also noticeable. It's approximately $1500/eye. They can afford it. They are in the public eye (no pun), and should look as good as they can?
