cellboy1. I, my GM, and 4 other properties are pissed. The owners canceled their visit for today.
2. So the 7 days of exhaustive prep work, late hrs, was a waste?
3. Not really. It's done, and can do some fine tuning. And will be even more ready for the visit.
4. Apparently the owners can be here anytime, last minute notice this week or next or so.
5. Our front stairs were being resurfaced, 7 layer process. Something went wrong yesterday, (cold weather?) so vendor will need to finish later in week. The fine ash-like sand comes from Virginia; need to await shipment
6. So good the owners did not show. The finished product with new awning will look really nice
7. Since Monday at SAP training center, Redwood Shores (near Oracle), training on OneSite/Real Page. Interesting. And a nice break from the office. Our instructor is from Dallas. Cute accent. Was sleepy towards the end of the day, even though eating lots of candy (supplied on desks, and drinking coffee. I am actually exhausted.
8. One of the property managers is a real woof! Not sure about his preference. Need to talk with him more at break :)
9. SAP taining center offers free sodas, and lunch too!
10. Off Thursday/Friday. Back to gym tomorrow morning, major clean of apt, new sheets, hide porn etc. My sister and brother-in-law are crashing there Saturday night, while I'm up in Sac.
