i feel

like I've been hit by a truck. My first week back from bereavement leave. My shoulder is killing me (I need a cortisone shot) from moving furniture(mostly by myself), and I got 9 hrs sleep, and still feel like I need more. Plus all the Pink Sat & Parade festivities wiped me out. Just cringe when I think about the office. Need to do a weeks catch up. And need to get back to the gym. Think I'll nap at lunch.

it's also when the grief starts kicking in - things to do slow right down and phone calls die off. do everything you can to keep healthy - eat well, lots of fluids and as little alcohol as possible as you need yr strength to get through this. also lean on people who have offered to help you stand - now is the time and the place.

yr welcome.
but i give you two weeks grace now. now you just have to accept my hugs and tips or discard them, but you don't have to say thanks. for two weeks. you just have to take them or throw them, depending on what's useful. but I give them to you and no thanks are needed. not during these weeks.
just feel and be and grieve and scream and cry and stop in the middle of nowhere as long as you do it safely and stare at the sky. go through what you need to go through.
*more hugs* :-)
