cellboyMy tennis elbow was worse last night. All of a sudden my last two fingers of my left hand felt a bit numb. The joys of getting old! So much for working out. So I iced, heat, iced, and if I rubbed and pinched the nerve in my elbow, I could feel it travel to my pinkie. Oy! The joys of getting old. Ice worked. Back to normal. For now. Off to the gym
