Old age :)

My tennis elbow was worse last night. All of a sudden my last two fingers of my left hand felt a bit numb. The joys of getting old! So much for working out. So I iced, heat, iced, and if I rubbed and pinched the nerve in my elbow, I could feel it travel to my pinkie. Oy! The joys of getting old. Ice worked. Back to normal. For now. Off to the gym

I think I'd go with some naproxen sodium, just to reduce the swelling and inflammation.

I've been combining icing and compression on my strained tennis elbow several times a day and it stops the pain and swelling. I rest it for a few days to let it heal. I then only use the ice compression wrap after a lot of exercise. No drugs, no surgery. http://www.coldoneinc.com/elbow_wrap.html

I have been doing that the past few days, and have a wrap. It has helped! Thanks for the suggestions. And also Aleve has help too :)
