Accomplished, Somewhat
1.Finished all work required reports.
Call Source, although I hate listening to my self on the phone is helpfull; bad habits are returning. Need to brush up.
2. Finished working on the Rent Increases for November. I still don't understand why they want these 12% increases to go out. We are almost 9 net to rent. And don't these millionaire owners know, that it is a tough economy, especially for tenants? Especially those retired? Greed! Plus more work for us if we get more move outs :(
3. Off to gym with trainer tonight (shoulders and tri's). I need, on my own, to work more on abs (and Bi's too). I feel paunchy (Creatine can do that). I hate, as most of us do, ab exercises.
4. There was a guy, in his late 50's at the gym last night, that had huge guns, shoulders, legs. But a paunch. Guess he hates ab exercises too :). But I would not pass him up :)
