Humm. Interesting

I was up at Home Depot today picking up stuff for the building (hunks everywhere, but that's another story).
As I was driving down the hill through Colma, I was just thinking: It is sad that all the cemeteries are segregated. Greek here, Italian there, Jewish here, Serbian there, Japanese here, Pet there (lol).
We worry about getting along, integration, etc, while alive, yet dead it's still a problem?
At this point we're all dead. Does it really matter where we are buried? I think I'll have my ashes spread over the mountains and water instead. If not, find a cemetery for "all".

For those that do not know Colma; It has a "live" population of approximately 1500, and over 1 million are buried here. They have a charming city hall, and a very nice large police station (where did they get all that money?)

That is actually kind of an interesting story. I guess I never have thought about that. And no, after we are dead it doesn't much matter.

It's sad that even after death we can't all get along. I'd much rather have my ashes scattered in the mountains where I grew up.
