Know what's worse about this time of year?
1. Property taxes due by December 15th
2. DMV renewal due too. With smog check
3. Happy Holidays :(

Nope same for all of CA. No Darn Fooling Around = (Due Nov, Delinquent Dec, Due Feb, Deliq April). Still interrupts the beginning of the holiday season :(
