workout brunch (I had a protein shake right after training).
6 egg white omelet (one yolk this time- and slightly over cooked- oops!), avocado, spinach, low fat Swiss cheese, sliced Canadian bacon, salsa. Toast with peanut butter (addicted) and honey, orange juice, coffee.
