throw up!
Well back from a grueling time at the gym. My trainer pushed on the bench presses, and triceps presses. What got me was the brisk walk on the tread mill at a high incline for 20 minutes. Thought, and still feel like throwing up. Oy! Sweated like a pig (oops! pigs don't sweat). But you know, a little work, one step at a time, a few days at the gym really adds up. 15 weeks of this and it is beginning to show. So for those overweight, out of shape, etc. Try it. It does work. A trainer pushing you helps too. Ouch!!

Ice cream.... that sounds good! Since I'm up in Sac there is an old ice cream store that has been there for almost 70yrs. Home made. I think I will stop there. I worked out. I need to reward myself......slurp!!! Yum!!!
