AT&T!

I called yesterday to set up an install for a new line for our laundry room (switching machines to a card system from coin system)
1. I upgraded the package for our office, DSL, at the same time, at a rate cheaper than current :)
2. WTF does AT&T have to upgrade my DSL now, instead of after hours?
3. DSL may be down all day. I need to get on Rent page etc!!!!
4. So now I need to check messages, on our company server, at home (good thing is I can do personal stuff at home while on line :)
5. This is still an inconvenience. AT&T has done this before. Several times.

wtf ATT...how would the FTC handle this i wonder....

Well, looks like the internet offer may not be compatible with our lines (finding this out after one hr on the phone with ATT tech support :(. They gave me speedier DSL, with lines that may not support this. So now they need to send someone out to fix the problem, that they really should of known about to begin with before offering or adding any sort of package. (the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing)
