Last post about this one

How do I feel that the only unique gay station in the Bay Area has shut down?

Disappointed. This NEW stations now sounds very similar to it's neighbor 94.9 :(

So I will delete this station from my car radio, and Comcast. My way of BOYCOTTING the NEW STATION!

I was a member of 92.7. If this NEW station, uses my email address for any of it's solicitations, I will not be a happy camper.

If you want to Save 92.7, check this out on facebook

Make sure that you write to the station and tell them that you're leaving. The only thing that will get their attention is a loss of audience, and they won't know that they've lost you unless they're told.

I certainly will! How's the packing going? It's a pain I know, but it's a great way to weed out (or if your like me, can't decide, just take it with you and decide later)

There are very few things I hate more than packing for a move, but it's happening. I've done a couple of dozen boxes so far, and thrown out or put aside a lot, too. The movers are coming here to give me an estimate on Wednesday, which should let me schedule a firm date. I'm still shooting for the end of the month. Sorry I didn't see you last week, but I'll make up for it!

Hopefully you'll be back in time for Folsom Fair. (Hope your employer is helping with the moving cost. It can add up!)

Yeah, they're helping with the move, fortunately. They'll also ship my car for me, which is another major pain that I don't have to deal with.

I don't think I'll be there quite in time for Folsom, but there's always next year!

Like you, I'm very saddened by the loss of this unique station. There is NOTHING on the local dial even close. It's like losing a good friend.

I'm hoping the format comes back on a more progressive station with a better signal!

Sigh.

Sigh is right. I started my car last night, only to immediately hear Rap (I always left the radio on to this channel :(. I moved the dial a bit to find a country station, which I will replace with for the time being.
