Yeah, pretty much every restaurant in Tokyo (and elsewhere in Japan) has an array of really beautiful plastic food in the window. For us foreigners it's a real help... restaurant staff may or may not speak English, but they're quite used to having visitors walk over to the display and point at the meal they want to order.
