The California State Franchise Tax Board, in order to "try" to collect back taxes has begun to publish a list of people who owe back taxes of $100,000 or more. Hoping this embarrassment may speed up the payment process.
Dionne Warwick owes $2,665+; OJ Sompson owes 1,435+
