cellboy1. Today was busy as hell.
2. With catch up to do since I was on vacation, helping maintenance clean, prep, for owner visit And of course with the storm, the power went out.
3. So in the dark, I did what best I could with paperwork and all.
4. Couple of hrs later the power was back on.
5. I showed an apt, got a deposit for it. And if she returns with an app, and approved, I'm 100% leased.
6. YAY! Well almost. I get a call 10 minutes later. The hot man and his sexy girlfriend down the hall are in escrow (home purchase). So they may be giving a 30 day notice.
7. Also another notice is on it's way.
8. So the wheel keeps on turning :(
9. In office late tonight. So will eat my big steak, do laundry and chill (I am still on vacation tired, and getting over a small cold).
10. Gym Saturday am. Then off to Imperial Coronation tomorrow night at the Gift Center.

sfmijo, Carlos, and the Ducal Court. Think I'll wear a tux.
12. Although a bit boring, on the artistic side of it, it is quite interesting to watch. Some of the entertainment can be fabulous. And some of the Drag Queens incredibly gorgeous (real woman looking). That is an art form you know. Makeup and all.
13. And of course some of the other Drag Queens are so ridiculous looking, you wonder why? Why do it at all?
14. I must be getting old. I wouldn't miss going out on a Friday night ever. A Saturday and Sunday night would also be in the cards.
