I don't remember what the amount was. Was it $500 for a houseful of "stuff" or was $500 just my share (1/3). I'm thinking the former.
With that being said, anything that I may have wanted, may have needed, would've had to fit in my luggage. Otherwise, I would have had to hire movers to move the stuff from the Chicago area to South Florida. (OUCH!)
As I told my sisters, I've been out of the house for a good tweenty years. There is really nothing in the house that reminds me of the folks. It all came in after I left.
But, I think I took a Bundt pan and a rolling pin. Just to have SOMETHING.
