I have about about 80 channels saved as favorites on my Comcast cable box. This morning they all disappeared! Arg!!!

Have, had, lol. Strange thing is this morning, I pressed the "fave" button on my remote, and it jumped to the first fave channel (HLN News). Then I pressed again, and nothing happened. All the memory suddenly lost. I have about 200 channels, including music channels. Not thrilled about Comcast, but no choice here. I actually don't watch too much anymore. But being manager here, I get a manger's discount through Comcast, so it's 50% less the regular cost. :)
