cellboy1. After over a week (and this weekend) of prepping the property, painting, on my knees scrubbing, primping, and organizing the property for the owners visit today. They came.
2. The asset manager, one of the CEO's of the Koret Foundation, the owner of my management company.
3. They walked by the pool, lobby, model, and the focus unit (the available unit) all with in less than 20 minutes.
4. All that stress and labor for just 20 minutes?
5. Well it needed to be done anyway. And it looks great.
6. Now back to normalcy.
