The week so far; tired, work week, Gay BBQ, out of town visitors, and Pride
1. Nothing too exciting so far today. The weather did the old switch-a-roo again. I had to put a heavy blanket on my bed last night.
2. We keep renting the only two 2x2's in the building, but either applicants credit is bad, or they just change their minds. This thing is taking forever to lease!!
3. This high Intensity training thing that my trainer started with me last night was certainly high intensity.
4. Involved lighter weights than usual, 5 different chest exercises with dumbbells, with lots of reps, negatives, and with only 30 seconds rest in between sets.
5. By the time we finished our 4 different chest exercises, I could barely do 10 push-ups. I had to bend my knees like a girl to complete the 4 sets of 10! lol
6.This Saturday friend David is hosting the Mt View Gay and Lesbian Potluck. Hummm. What to make?

rockyotter will be down from Pender Is, BC, for a few weeks, and for Gay Pride. It will be good to see him!(John, you did not email me the dates! Hurry before my dance card fills up! lol)
8. Alsojoe6pack3 will be staying here for Pink Saturday and Sunday's Pride. That should be fun too!
9. Well off to sleep. Relationships, work, and gym are just too tiring.

I've been making some rather remarkable pulled pork of late. You make it in the crock pot and I've been serving it on multigrain rolls with a little barbeque sauce and some coleslaw on top.
