Well I got dumped upon

cellboy1. Not what you think.
2. My mom's 2 sets of china, that she had since married, my sister told me to take last weekend. She could not sell them on ebay. So I am stuck with it for now.
3. Not really modern enough for my nephews and their wives to enjoy.
4. My sister has her own stuff.
5. I have my own, simpler and more modern stuff.
6. So for now, due to memories I will keep it. Enough plates and side and serving dishes for 12 guests.
7. But where the F do I store the stuff? I finally got the 2nd bedroom fairly cleared. Now its packed again!
8. My poor mom. She loved to entertain, and set up the fanciest of tables. In fact with the right tablecloths, flowers, etc, the settings for special guests or a holiday table, were beautiful.
9. My mom would float Debutant Camellias, gathered from our garden, in low containers, in the center of dining room table. The pink and reddish Camellias would match the flowers on the Spode. And with the silverware, and fancy napkins, it would look beautiful. At Christmas too. She would also put a solid colored tablecloth under a lace cloth, to also accent the plate patterns.
I think most Gay men would like the Spode the best. All those butch flowers lol.
The Wedgwood I like because of the Grecian theme, the Grape Leaves.
10. So if I get serious, I may have to get a larger dining room table, to start entertaining again.
11. But where the F do I store the stuff? Or should I try selling it.
12. If I wait, I could maybe move some of the other non-china stuff to my storage room, and then maybe take the dresser in the guest room, I could put some of this in there.
13. Arg! More JUNK!!!
14. I told my sister if I die before her, I am willing it back to her!! LOL

The soup bowls with handles (still packed in boxes) is really cool though.
