The customer is always right?

1. I have been in retail, where one has to under most circumstances, treat the customer with respect, as if the customer is always right
2. Being in property management, the customer is at most times should be treated with respect too.
3. He may not be a hero, but good for him! How many times have you just wanted to ring the customer's or the bosses' neck?
4. He may of snapped. But haven't we all, sometime in our lifetime.
5. If I won the lotto tomorrow, I don't know if I would tell my bosses what I really think.
6. I've always thought that it is not good to burn your bridges. For one may have to cross it again someday.

Today I calmly told our visiting VP that I had a bone to pick with him. To please choose one promotion and stick with it, not laden the store with 6 different promos, especially since everyone just uses the one that gives the best discount.

He said he panicked. I told him "don't panic".
