This Weed gif is too large (does not show from beginning to end) to use as user pic. Is it possible to make it smaller? I don't have a program to do it.

Yes. Too many KB I suppose. I am using it as an icon in this post, and the user pic is not moving. If it's moving on your end, maybe its my computer?

Thanks for trying. I can probably use this one instead (different addiction), but will keep searching for a smaller gif

It starts with a eye and ends with the exhaling of the smoke for me.
The image itself is is 188kb.
I tried culling the animation but it went way too fast then and was sort of useless. Also tried taking out the eye sequence in it. Both were still too big for the dumb-ass 40kb limit.

I also tried with taking out the second thumb set. It's now at 36KB, but it may have lost too much for you to want.

I'll use it. It usually ends with the eye dilating, but that's fine.
When I am more patient, I'll try to figure out how to reduce it, and other stuff, as you did :)
