Rest day for a couple of days
Jan. 21st, 2011 09:46 am1. Gym time: I did all of those routines from the videos I discovered this week.
2. Even though I used much lighter weights, I am sore! Last night's leg stuff had me panting like I had been a solid cigarette smoker for years! It was a good cardio workout too!
3. Friday, and Saturday/or Sunday is no go at the gym......
Regret: I wish I had done all of this when younger..... it would of been so much easier!
4. Don't know what's happening tonight. It may be the Sun, and 440 with friends; or I'll stay in.
5. I got a double bill from Macy's and Capital One (late fees are ghastly!). What? Did not pay my December bill? I usually always pay early. Oops! I just found the 2 unopened bills under a stack of junk mail. My bad.
6. So I sent them in, and back dated. I know. That won't fool them.
7. Will pay the adjusted amount later.
