I just can't do it; and other stuff (ramble)

1. All week I have been trying to get to bed and asleep by 11:00pm (11:30 pm the latest) so that I can get up at 6:15 am to go to the gym by 6:45 am. That way I have the after work hrs free, to do other stuff. I usually finish gym by 7:30-7:45pm, dinner at 8:00 pm.

2. My phone alarm wakes me up, I look around, and see how comfy I am in my bed and go back to sleep :P

3. Guess I'm destined to be an after work workout person.

4. I am more limber, and joints moving better at the end of the day vs in the morning anyway.

5. In other news, the Giants did much better last night.

6. I can at least watch Giants baseball while eating dinner.

6. I started watching The Voice again, now that they are down to the final 4 finalists.

7. The teams loosing the previous 4 finalists was sad. The judges are so nice. Especially Christina Aguilera. She seems to be a farly nice and centered person, as are the other judges.

8. I'm also enjoying Master Chef. The novice, chefs are doing some incredible work! The the judges are tough!

I can understand you. I made the decision to find a gym and to work out, too, after my appointment with the doc next week, and I´ll try to work out afer work instead before I go to work. I´m really not a morning person, no matter how early I went into the bed at the evening.
