They never came by..... but all looks great!

1. As we probably figured it would happen, the owners, the foundation that owns this building, never came by yesterday. And are not coming by today either.

2. They said today, after visiting Pleasanton, they just ran out of time, thanked everyone for making the properties look extra special, and the owners were very pleased.

3. I am somewhat annoyed. The same thing happened last year. But what if they had started the tour in the north peninsula vs San Jose? Well, we were ready in case of that. We have everything looking so good! Even the residents noticed.

4. As we always figure better to give us a list of to do's, with a week's notice, than giving us a month to complete it. That way it's done and over with.

5. I ordered my Smart Phone today. An EVO. Since I'm a Sprint Gold member (with sprint over 10 yrs), they gave me a pretty good deal! Now I am slowly catching up with the world.

6. Its a really great day. Warm! Sunny! Pretty much caught up. So just taking it easy. B-day party tonight. Tomorrow a BBQ at our Pacifica Property (maintenance personnel appreciation day)

Sorry to hear that you did all that work and they didn´t came. But at least everything looks fine and if they make a visit, maybe without to say that they come, you don´t have to worry about anything. :-)

Yeah. I think sometimes they fool us to be sure these properties look their best. The management co is noted for having the cleanest, neatest properties (helps with older building). They are cobweb neurotic!
